Oskar M. Pérez

Originally from Puerto Rico, Oskar has a background in law, engineering, finance, marketing and accounting. He graduated from Boston University With Honors in 1998, concentrating his baccalaureate studies in International Relations and Electrical Engineering. In 2003, he received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Crowe Scholar. During his tenure at Loyola, he was the Managing Editor of the Loyola Law Review. Oskar also has a Master of Health Administration in Health System Management from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Throughout the years, Oskar has built and developed a diversified career, with experiences in several fields, including: hospital regulatory compliance, FDA advertising and promotional compliance, legal consulting for engineering firm on patent reviews and sale contracts, investment banking, strategic management for several coffee plantations in the Caribbean, and testing of prototype components for the automotive industry.  In 2011,  Oskar decided to put all of his experiences under one roof and join his wife, Gissel Ferriol, in founding this firm.

Oskar is fluent in Spanish.
